    Quick answer

Is Helium 10 worth it for an Amazon seller?

Helium 10 is a software suite for Amazon sellers, with tools for Walmart and TikTok Shop: product and keyword research, a Chrome extension, listing optimization, profit, inventory and fraud tracking, review requests, ad automation and training courses. On October 19, 2026, Platinum cost $129 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly ($1,188), and Diamond cost $359 a month, or $279 a month billed yearly ($3,348); Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month billed annually. A free plan has limited uses. Platinum suits sellers researching and launching products; Diamond adds the AI agent, ad automation, 1,000 tracked ASINs and 5 extra users, which matter once you're running a brand. Refunds are limited to 7 days on the first payment, so use the free plan first.

    Best for
Amazon brands and operators who want research, listings, profit tracking and ads in one tool instead of four.
    Skip it if
You only need product research: Jungle Scout's Starter plan is $29 a month billed annually, about a third of Platinum.
    Strongest capability
Breadth: research, keyword tracking, listing builder, profits, inventory, refunds recovery and PPC automation share one account.
    Biggest limitation
Cost and limits: Platinum tracks 20 ASINs and 40 SKUs, and Diamond's ad tools add a 2% fee on managed spend.
    Current cost
Free; Platinum $129/mo or $1,188/yr; Diamond $359/mo or $3,348/yr; Enterprise from $1,499/mo billed annually.

    The Verdict

Helium 10 is the broadest Amazon seller suite we've reviewed from vendor documentation: product and keyword research, a Chrome extension, an AI listing builder, keyword and market tracking, profit and inventory dashboards, fraud alerts, review automation, managed refund recovery, rules-based ad automation and the Freedom Ticket training course, with tools for Walmart and TikTok Shop alongside Amazon. That breadth is the reason to buy it: an operator can replace several separate subscriptions. The price is the reason to hesitate. Platinum is $129 a month ($99 billed yearly) but caps tracked ASINs at 20, inventory at 40 SKUs and markets at 3; Diamond lifts those limits and adds the ads platform and AI agent for $359 a month ($279 billed yearly), plus a 2% fee on managed ad spend, and even the refund-recovery service takes a 10% to 15% cut. Refunds cover only the first payment within 7 days. Helium 10's pricing page also contradicts itself on user seats and the ads fee. We score Helium 10 7.8/10.

    The Background

    What Is Helium 10?

Helium 10 is a web-based software suite for marketplace sellers, centred on Amazon, with a Chrome extension that overlays product and keyword data on Amazon and Walmart pages, a mobile app, and growing tools for TikTok Shop. It covers the main jobs of running a marketplace brand: finding products and keywords, writing and analyzing listings, tracking rankings, competitors and markets, watching profit, inventory and fraud, sending review requests and follow-up emails, recovering money Amazon owes you, and managing Sponsored ads with rules and dayparting. Plans are sized by sales: Helium 10's pricing page labels Platinum for sellers doing up to $100K a year, Diamond for $100K to $10M and Enterprise beyond that. Training is part of the package: Freedom Ticket (a $997 course on its own), Ads Academy and a TikTok Shop academy come with paid plans. It doesn't replace Amazon Seller Central, your accounting software or your own storefront, and no tool can promise sales, rankings or ad results; its data are estimates and models, not Amazon's official figures.

    The Product

Helium 10 Features: What You Actually Get

    Product and keyword research

Product research looks for high-demand, low-competition products, and the Chrome extension shows product data as you browse Amazon and Walmart. Keyword research works from a seed phrase or a reverse ASIN lookup to show what competitors rank for, keyword sales estimates and rank tracking over time. Helium 10's FAQ says the free plan's extension access is limited and Platinum and up get full access for Amazon, TikTok Shop and Walmart.

A first-time private-label seller checks demand and the keywords top competitors rank for before ordering inventory.

    Listings, AI agent and MCP

The listing builder creates and optimizes product listings with AI, alongside a keyword processor and a listing analyzer (50 uses a month on Platinum, 150 on Diamond). Diamond adds Helium, an AI agent that answers questions across keywords, listings, ads and operations in one conversation, and Helium 10's MCP server with up to 1,000 calls included, so AI tools can query your Helium 10 data. Helium 10 sells MCP access as an add-on from $50 a month on other plans.

A brand manager asks the AI agent which listings lost keyword rank this month, then rewrites two in the listing builder.

Operations: profit, inventory, refunds and fraud

Profit and loss reporting, inventory management (40 SKUs on Platinum, 500 on Diamond), an Amazon fraud detector (5 or 200 products), automated review requests and follow-up emails (5,000 or 15,000) cover day-to-day operations. The managed refund service recovers reimbursements Amazon owes you for a share of what it recovers: 15% on Platinum, 10% on Diamond, per the pricing table.

An operator with 120 SKUs on Diamond reconciles monthly profit and lets the managed refund service file reimbursement claims.

    Helium 10 Ads

Diamond includes Helium 10 Ads: AI and rules-based campaign management, bulk changes, keyword and bid recommendations and dayparting. The pricing table lists a 2% managed-spend fee. Helium 10's visible FAQ says Diamond customers pay 2% on PPC spend managed through Helium 10 Ads, while the same page's structured FAQ says the 2% applies only to spend above $20K a month, so confirm in writing before you connect large budgets.

A brand spending $15,000 a month on Sponsored Products schedules bids by hour of day and pauses keywords that pass a cost threshold.

Pricing scenarios (our calculations from Helium 10's published USD prices, October 19, 2026; tax excluded). Platinum costs $1,548 a year month to month or $1,188 billed yearly, a $360 saving. Diamond costs $4,308 a year month to month or $3,348 billed yearly, a $960 saving. Diamond's ads fee comes on top: on $10,000 a month of managed spend, 2% is $200 a month, or $2,400 a year, if the visible FAQ applies, and nothing if the structured FAQ's $20K threshold applies; the gap is large enough to confirm before you sign. Refund recovery costs a share of what's recovered (15% on Platinum, 10% on Diamond). Against rivals checked the same day, Jungle Scout's Catalyst plans cost $348, $588 or $1,548 a year billed annually and SmartScout lists $29, $99 and $239 a month, so a seller who needs only research pays far less elsewhere. Helium 10's case rests on replacing several tools at once. Its refund policy is strict: 7 days from the first payment, first-time subscribers only, and no refunds on renewals, so start on the free plan or a monthly Platinum term before committing to a year.

    For ecommerce operators

Which Helium 10 plan fits your stage

Pre-launch and first product: the free plan is enough to try the research tools, and a monthly Platinum term adds full Chrome extension access and Freedom Ticket. Platinum's limits (20 tracked ASINs, 40 inventory SKUs, 3 tracked markets) rarely bite before you have a catalog. If research is all you need, Jungle Scout's Starter and SmartScout's Basic plans are cheaper.

Running a brand with a catalog: Diamond is built for this stage. 1,000 tracked ASINs, 500 inventory SKUs, 10 connected seller accounts, 5 extra users, profit and loss reporting and Helium 10 Ads cover a team running several products and ad campaigns. Compare the yearly $3,348 with what you pay today for separate research, inventory, profit and PPC tools.

Agencies and multi-brand operators: Diamond's 10 seller accounts suit a small agency; beyond 15 accounts or 10 users, Helium 10 points to Enterprise from $1,499 a month billed annually, with a demo. Shopify-first brands that sell little on marketplaces will use only part of the suite.

    Where Helium 10's pages differ

User seats: the visible FAQ on helium10.com/pricing says Platinum can add 1 additional user, Diamond up to 5 and a higher brand-tier plan up to 25, and the feature table shows 1 and 5. The same page's structured FAQ says Free and Platinum are "designed to be single-user plans," Diamond can add up to 3 users and an "Elite" plan up to 5.

Ads fee: the visible FAQ says "Diamond plan customers incur a 2% management fee on PPC spend managed through Helium 10 Ads." The structured FAQ says the 2% fee "is assessed only on any PPC spend exceeding $20K each month."

Plan names: the plan cards show Platinum, Diamond and Enterprise, while the FAQs also mention an Elite plan, a higher brand-tier plan and a Helium 10 Ads & Diamond Bundle. All were read on October 19, 2026; ask Helium 10 to confirm seats and fees on your quote.

    Scoring

    How the score is built

BestStacked weights five sub-scores: ease of use 20%, features 25%, pricing 20%, support 15% and integrations 20%. For Helium 10 they come only from Helium 10's own pricing page and help center, not from testing. Ease of use 7.6: a Chrome extension, training courses and an AI agent help, but the suite has dozens of tools and per-tool limits to learn. Features 8.8: research, listings, tracking, profit, inventory, fraud, review requests, refund recovery and ad automation in one account, the widest scope of the seller tools we compared. Pricing 6.8: a free plan and a yearly discount, offset by $129 to $359 a month, usage caps on Platinum, a 2% ads fee and a refund-recovery cut, a 7-day first-payment-only refund and contradictory fee wording. Support 8.0: 24/7 chat and email, a large help center and included training, but no phone line. Integrations 7.8: Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop, up to 10 connected seller accounts on Diamond, an MCP server and a ChatGPT app (its help center says Amazon US only for now), but few connections to non-marketplace storefronts. That works out to 7.8 out of 10.

    The Audience

    Who Should Use Helium 10?

Best for: Amazon brands consolidating tools

If you pay separately for keyword research, a profit dashboard, inventory planning and a PPC tool, Diamond can replace them in one bill. Total your current stack first.

Best for: small agencies managing seller accounts

Diamond's 10 connected seller accounts and 5 extra users fit an agency running a handful of client brands, with Enterprise above that.

Skip if: you only need product research

Jungle Scout's Starter plan is $348 a year billed annually and SmartScout Basic is $29 a month. Pay for a full suite only once you'll use the operations and ads tools.

    How We Reviewed Helium 10

This is an editorial review, not a hands-on test. We didn't use Helium 10 for this review and make no claims about data accuracy, ranking gains, sales or ad results. It's based on Helium 10's own pages, all checked on October 19, 2026: the pricing page (read in a browser with the monthly and yearly toggles and the full feature table expanded, plus its visible and structured FAQs) and help-center articles on refunds and contacting support. Competitor prices come from Jungle Scout's and SmartScout's own pricing pages the same day. Where Helium 10's pages differ, we report both. BestStacked is a Helium 10 affiliate through Impact and may earn a commission if you buy through the links on this page; that relationship plays no part in the score, and Helium 10 didn't review or approve this page.

Jungle Scout: Jungle Scout's Catalyst plans for sellers under $1M a year cost $348, $588 or $1,548 a year billed annually, with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Its Cobalt platform for larger brands is sold by demo. A cheaper start if research is the main job.

SmartScout: SmartScout lists Basic at $29, Essentials at $99 and Business at $239 a month, with a 7-day money-back guarantee. It leans toward brand and seller research for wholesale and online-arbitrage sellers rather than running a brand's operations.

    In The Wild

How People Actually Use Helium 10

    A new private-label seller

Start on the free plan, then pay $129 for one month of Platinum to research products and keywords with the full Chrome extension. Move to yearly billing ($1,188) only after you've launched.

    A seven-figure Amazon brand

Diamond billed yearly ($3,348) covers up to 1,000 ASINs, 500 SKUs, profit and loss, refund recovery and ad automation for a team of six. Budget for the 2% managed-spend fee and confirm how Helium 10 applies it.

An agency with eight client accounts

Diamond connects up to 10 seller accounts with 5 extra users. Past 15 accounts or 10 users, ask for an Enterprise quote, which starts at $1,499 a month billed annually.

    The Ecosystem

    Helium 10 Integrations

Helium 10 connects to the marketplaces and AI tools below, per its pricing page and help center on October 19, 2026.

    • →Amazon Seller Central (2 accounts on Platinum, 10 on Diamond)
    • →Amazon Sponsored ads through Helium 10 Ads (Diamond)
    • →Walmart product data in the Chrome extension
    • →TikTok Shop tools: listing converter, profits, product finder, MCF fulfillment
    • →Helium 10 MCP server for AI tools (Diamond, or add-on)
    • →Helium 10 app in ChatGPT (Amazon US only, per its help center)
    • →Mobile app

Marketplace support differs by tool, and Walmart access is limited on lower plans per Helium 10's own FAQ. Check the marketplace list for each tool you plan to use.

    Common Questions

    Helium 10 FAQ

    The Final Word

    Should You Use Helium 10?

    7.8/10 Score

Helium 10 suits Amazon-first brands and operators who'll use most of what it does: research, listings, keyword and market tracking, profit, inventory, refund recovery and ad automation in one subscription. For them, Diamond at $3,348 a year billed yearly can cost less than the separate tools it replaces. For a new seller who only needs research, it's expensive next to Jungle Scout or SmartScout, and Platinum's limits arrive quickly once you have a catalog. Read the fees closely: the 2% ads fee, the refund-recovery cut and the 7-day first-payment refund, and get seat counts and fee terms confirmed in writing because Helium 10's own pricing page disagrees with itself. We score Helium 10 7.8/10.
