    Why these five.

Content creators wear five hats — producer, editor, distributor, marketer, monetizer — and the most common mistake is trying to wear them all at once inside one bloated all-in-one platform that does none of the jobs particularly well. The Creator Stack rejects that bargain. It assigns each hat to a tool that was built specifically to wear it, and trusts integrations to handle the seams. The result is a workflow that scales with you from your first hundred subscribers to your first hundred thousand.

These five were chosen because each one is a category leader and because, together, they cover the entire creator value chain without overlap. ElevenLabs handles voice. Riverside handles capture. Buffer handles distribution. Kit handles your audience and your monetization. Gamma turns long-form ideas into the visual artifacts your audience can share. There is no second tool for any of these jobs in this stack — that's deliberate. One tool, one job, one bill.

Run this stack for thirty days and the test is simple: did you publish more without working more hours? The gain isn't in the tools individually — it's in the absence of friction between them. When recording, editing, scheduling, emailing, and repurposing are all one continuous workflow, your output goes up because your decision fatigue goes down.

    Who this stack is for

You make content for a living — or you want to. You publish across multiple platforms, you record audio or video, and you need tools that help you produce more without burning out. This stack is built for the creator who treats their audience like a business.

This stack suits a creator who already publishes on a schedule and wants the production, packaging and distribution steps to stop competing for the same hours. A typical fit is a podcaster or YouTuber with a small but growing newsletter, posting clips to three or four social accounts, and recording at least one long-form piece a week. If you have no list yet, start Kit's free plan (it covers up to 10,000 subscribers) and Buffer's free plan, record on Riverside's free tier, and leave ElevenLabs and Gamma until a specific job needs them. Upgrade one tool at a time, when a limit actually blocks you, not when a feature looks appealing. The paid version of the stack makes sense once you are repurposing every episode into a newsletter, clips and a deck, because that is when the time saved on each piece is multiplied every week.

We don't print a team-cost total or a savings figure. Labour rates vary too much by market and seniority to state one honestly, and these tools support the roles on the left rather than replace every responsibility in them. To compare, price those roles at your own local rates and set them against the software total.

    Questions

    Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the Creator Stack cost per month?

You can start at $0 on the four free plans and Riverside's 14-day trial. At monthly billing, the paid plans we would choose total about $132/mo: ElevenLabs Creator $22, Buffer Essentials $24 for four channels, Kit Creator $39 at 1,000 subscribers, Gamma Plus $12 and Riverside Pro $35 ($24 billed yearly). Annual billing lowers Kit, Gamma, Riverside and Buffer. Prices were checked on October 19, 2026.

Which tool should a new creator pay for first?

Kit. Your email list is the one audience you own, and Kit's free plan already covers up to 10,000 subscribers, so you only pay when you need Creator features such as automated sequences at scale. Buffer and Gamma work on free plans while you find a publishing rhythm, and Riverside has a 14-day free trial.

Do I need ElevenLabs if I record my own voice?

Not at the start. ElevenLabs earns its place when you want audio versions of written newsletters, voiceovers for clips you did not record, or consistent narration across many short pieces. If you record everything yourself in Riverside, leave ElevenLabs on the free plan or skip it.

Can I swap Kit for beehiiv?

Yes. beehiiv is the closer fit if you plan to earn from newsletter ads; Kit is stronger if you sell your own digital products. Both have free plans, and the rest of the stack does not depend on which one you choose.

Is this stack enough to run a paid community or course?

For a small paid offer, Kit can sell digital products and Gamma can produce the slides. Once you need lesson hosting, student progress or a community, the Course Creator Stack adds a dedicated platform.
