    Quick answer

What is Duda, and is it worth it for an agency?

Duda is a website builder for professionals who build sites for clients: agencies, freelancers and SaaS platforms that offer websites to their own customers. It's worth it if you manage many small-business sites and want client permissions, client billing and, on the White Label plan, your own branding on the whole platform. It's not designed for one person building a single site, and there's no free plan. On October 14, 2026 Basic cost $19 a month billed annually ($25 monthly) for one site, Team $29 ($39), Agency $52 ($69) for four sites and White Label $149 ($199). Extra sites cost $17 to $19 a month each. There's a 14-day trial with no card and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

    Best for
Agencies and SaaS platforms reselling or managing dozens of small-business sites.
    Skip it if
You only need one site, want a free plan, or need deep custom code and design freedom.
    Strongest capability
Client management at scale: unlimited clients, client billing, permissions and a full White Label plan.
    Biggest limitation
Each extra site costs $17 to $19 a month on top of the plan, and eCommerce and other features are paid add-ons.
    Current cost
$19 to $149 a month billed annually ($25 to $199 monthly), plus $17 to $19 per extra site; Custom quoted.

    The Verdict

Duda is built around the agency's problem rather than the site owner's. Every self-serve plan includes 150 AI credits a month and unlimited projects to design, Team and above add unlimited clients and client billing through Stripe, Agency adds four published sites, six seats and priority support, and White Label puts your brand and domain on the whole platform. Pricing is per account plus per published site, so costs are predictable but add up: a 20-site agency on Agency pays $52 a month plus 16 extra sites at $17 each, about $324 a month on annual billing. eCommerce, membership above five members and AI visibility are paid add-ons, API access needs a Custom plan, and Duda's pricing page contradicts itself on support levels and client limits. We score Duda 8.2/10.

    The Background

    What Is Duda?

Duda, Inc. makes a website builder for professionals who build sites for others. Its about page lists offices in Tel Aviv, Louisville (Colorado), Reading (UK) and Florianópolis (Brazil) and says 14 million sites and 450,000-plus businesses run on Duda; those are its own figures. You design sites with templates, widgets and an AI assistant, manage clients with permissions and comments, bill them through Duda's client billing, and on the White Label plan present the whole dashboard under your own brand and domain. Plans are priced per account and include a set number of published sites (one on Basic and Team, four on Agency and White Label); each extra site is added for a monthly fee. eCommerce, Bookings, Membership and an AI-search visibility tool are sold as add-ons.

    The Product

Duda Features: What You Actually Get

    Client management and billing

Team and above include unlimited clients, a collaborative client workspace and role-based permissions so clients can edit only what you allow. Client billing, included from Team, lets you charge clients for their sites through Stripe; Duda says the feature is free with your plan and Stripe's fees apply.

A local-marketing agency charges each client a monthly website fee automatically and gives them edit access to blog posts only.

    White Label plan

White Label ($149 a month billed annually, $199 monthly) adds a white-label experience and a custom platform domain, so clients log in to your branded dashboard. The 14-day trial includes the White Label plan's features. API access, which SaaS platforms need to provision sites automatically, is only on Custom plans.

A SaaS company for dentists offers websites inside its own product, branded as its own.

    AI tools and MCP access

Duda's AI stack includes an assistant (Copilot), AI site, section and page generation, AI-generated custom widgets, agentic SEO and an MCP server; every self-serve plan includes 150 AI credits a month, with more available to buy. An AI Visibility add-on ($19 to $195 a month) tracks how sites appear in AI search tools.

A freelancer generates a first draft of a client site from a brief, then edits it by hand.

    eCommerce, Bookings and Membership add-ons

Online stores are an add-on per site: Standard $8 a month (100 products), Advanced $22 (1,000) and Elite $52 (20,000), or $7, $20 and $45 billed yearly, with 0% Duda transaction fees. Membership is free up to 5 members, then $7 or $15 a month. Duda listed Bookings as free until October 20, 2026.

    A boutique's site adds a 100-product store on the Standard add-on for $8 a month.

    Duda Pricing: Every Plan Explained

Your Duda bill is the plan plus every published site beyond those included, plus any add-ons. A 10-site agency on Agency billed annually pays $52 plus six extra sites at $17 each, $154 a month; the same agency on White Label pays $251. Add eCommerce ($7 to $52 a month per store site), Membership above five members and AI Visibility only where clients need them. Duda's FAQ calls Agency's four included sites "a $76/month value," which is four times the Basic extra-site price; extra sites on Agency cost $17. The trial lasts 14 days, needs no card and includes White Label features. The terms promise a full 30-day money-back guarantee on most subscription services (set-up fees and items marked non-refundable excluded), renew subscriptions automatically for the same period, and end a cancellation at the close of the current period.

    Where Duda's pages differ

Support: the plan cards list email support on Basic and Team, priority support on Agency and White Label, and 24/7 on Custom; the comparison table describes Agency support as email, chat and screen share and Custom as 24/7 VIP; the membership page promises 24/7 live support to everyone.

Clients: the plan cards say unlimited clients on Team and above, while a comparison-table row about client comments and permissions says up to 100 clients.

Refunds: the terms' formal clause covers most subscription services, while their plain-English summary says most monthly subscription services. Ask before paying for a year.

    • API access only on Custom plans
    • Less design and code freedom than Webflow or Wix Studio
    • Pricing page contradicts itself on support and client limits

    The Audience

    Who Should Use Duda?

Best for: agencies selling websites as a recurring service

Agencies that build small-business sites and bill clients monthly get client permissions and Stripe-based client billing on Team and above, with predictable per-site costs.

Best for: SaaS platforms offering websites

Software companies that want to give customers a website under their own brand can start on White Label and move to Custom for API provisioning.

Skip if: you're building your own site

A single business owner pays $19 to $25 a month on Basic for one site with no free plan; Squarespace or Wix's standard plans are aimed at that buyer.

    How People Actually Use Duda

A freelancer with three client sites

Team ($29 a month billed annually) plus two extra sites at $17 each costs $63 a month, with client billing to pass the cost on. Agency ($52) includes four sites if you expect a fourth.

A 25-site agency reselling under its own brand

White Label ($149 billed annually) plus 21 extra sites at $17 is about $506 a month before add-ons. Price eCommerce sites separately.

A SaaS platform provisioning sites automatically

API access and eCommerce API are only on Custom plans, so talk to sales before building an integration.

    The Ecosystem

    Duda Integrations

Duda sites extend through its App Store, built-in add-ons and, on Custom plans, its API.

    • →Duda App Store apps (prices set by each app provider)
    • →Stripe for client billing
    • →eCommerce, Bookings and Membership add-ons
    • →MCP server for AI assistants (Agency and up)
    • →Partner and site-provisioning API (Custom plans)

Duda's App Store says each app's price is set by its provider. API access, including the eCommerce API, requires a Custom plan.
