Quick answer
Which Survicate plan do I need?
Most product and CX teams will want Growth, which is billed yearly and starts at $56 a month for 100 responses a month ($114 for 250, up to $289 for 1,500). It's the first plan with unlimited active surveys, branding removal, AI follow-up questions, multilingual surveys, attribute and recurring targeting, HubSpot and Intercom. Starter is the only monthly plan ($89 for 100 responses, up to $279 for 500) but allows just 2 active surveys. Pro, from $349 a month, adds event targeting, A/B tests, Salesforce, Amplitude, Mixpanel and webhooks.
- Free plan
- 25 responses a month and 3 users, with no data export. Survicate's pages disagree on whether Free allows one active survey or several.
- Trial
- 10 days with no card and up to 25 responses, with access to Pro-level features.
- Refunds
- Survicate says it doesn't offer refunds; cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
- Skip it if
- You need SOC 2 today or US data hosting. Survicate is ISO 27001 certified, its SOC 2 audit is underway, and data is hosted in the EU.
The Verdict
Survicate is a strong choice for product and customer experience teams that want to ask the right users the right question in context. Website pop-ups, in-product surveys, mobile SDKs for five frameworks, email and link surveys all run from one account, URL and exit-intent targeting are on every paid plan, and its Research Hub pulls survey answers, interview transcripts, support tickets and app reviews into AI-drafted reports. Human chat support runs from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. CET on every plan. The catch is pricing and plan gating: response tiers are small for the money, Starter is limited to 2 active surveys, attribute targeting and branding removal start on annual-only Growth, event targeting and the Salesforce, Amplitude and Mixpanel integrations need Pro from $349 a month, and there are no refunds. We score it 8.5/10.
Best for
SaaS and mobile app teams running NPS, onboarding and feature feedback surveys inside their product, and CX teams that want one place to analyze feedback.

You need high response volumes on a small budget, research-panel respondents, SOC 2 reports or US data hosting.

The Background
What Is Survicate?
Survicate is customer feedback software from Survicate S.A., based in Warsaw. It runs surveys through email and links, website pop-ups and embeds, in-product surveys, iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter and Unity apps, QR codes, kiosks and Intercom, with NPS, CSAT and CES templates among 400+. Answers flow into its Research Hub, an AI research repository that also takes interview transcripts, support tickets, app store reviews and uploaded files, and drafts reports with citations. It's sold as Free, Starter, Growth, Pro and Enterprise plans, priced by monthly or yearly response limits and research data points.
The Product
Survicate Features: What You Actually Get
Multichannel surveys
Every paid plan includes email and link surveys, website pop-ups, in-product surveys, the mobile app SDK, iframe embeds, kiosk mode, QR codes and Intercom surveys. Email surveys send from your own verified domain to a CSV audience, with delivery and open metrics. The Feedback Button starts on Growth, per the pricing table.
A SaaS team shows an NPS survey in the app after a user's 30th day and emails the same survey to churned customers.
Targeting
URL targeting, exit-intent targeting, respondent identification and scheduling are on every paid plan. Growth adds attribute, cookie and previous-response targeting, recurring surveys and throttling. Pro adds event and behavior targeting, JavaScript targeting, survey sampling, response caps and A/B testing.
A product manager on Pro shows a two-question survey only to users who used a new feature three times.
Research Hub and AI analysis
The Research Hub combines survey responses with interview and meeting transcripts, support tickets, App Store and Google Play reviews and uploaded CSV or PDF files, then drafts editable reports with citations and tracks themes. Text-question AI categorization is on every plan; AI sentiment, AI follow-up questions and auto-translation start on Growth. AI Chat allowances run from 3 chats on Starter to 15+ on Pro.
A CX lead asks the Research Hub what drives detractor scores this quarter and gets a report citing the underlying responses and tickets.
Meeting transcription
Growth includes 300 minutes of transcription a month and Pro 1,500. You can upload audio or video, or sync from Google Meet, Gong or tl;dv, so customer interviews sit next to survey data.
A researcher uploads ten customer interviews and compares their themes with in-app survey answers.
Branding and logic
Standard branch logic and your logo are on every plan. Growth removes Survicate branding and adds custom end screens, answer piping and multilingual surveys; Pro adds advanced display logic, a visual logic tree, custom CSS and a custom domain. Survicate says surveys can run in up to 50 languages.
An e-commerce brand on Growth runs its post-purchase survey in English, German and French without Survicate branding.
MCP server
Survicate's remote MCP server, on every plan, lets Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and other assistants read survey and research data. It's read-only apart from drafting a survey, saving a research note and creating a research project, and it never publishes surveys.
A product lead asks Claude to summarize this month's feature-request responses straight from Survicate.
Security and data hosting
Survicate says it holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, that its SOC 2 audit is underway, and that customer data is hosted on AWS in the EU. It says customer data never trains AI models. SAML SSO, access logs, custom legal terms and HIPAA are Enterprise-only in the pricing table.
A European SaaS company chooses Survicate partly because survey data stays in the EU.

The Numbers
Survicate Pricing: Every Plan Explained
Survicate prices plans by survey responses and research data points. Starter is the only monthly plan; Growth is billed yearly only; Pro and Enterprise are quoted. There's a free plan and a 10-day trial with no card. Prices in USD, excluding VAT, checked on October 10, 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Included Features | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 25 responses/mo, 3 users, 400+ templates, basic integrations; no data export | Trying a single survey |
| Starter | $89 / $179 / $279 | Monthly only | 100 / 250 / 500 responses a month; 2 active surveys; 5 seats; 6-month retention; overages $0.89 / $0.59 / $0.39 per response | Small teams running one or two surveys |
| GrowthBest value | Not offered | $56 to $289/mo | 100 to 1,500 responses a month; unlimited active surveys; 10 seats; branding removal; AI follow-ups; attribute targeting; HubSpot and Intercom; 300 transcription minutes | Most product and CX teams |
| Pro | Quoted | From $349/mo | Custom yearly response pool; event targeting, A/B tests, custom CSS and domain; Salesforce, Amplitude, Mixpanel, webhooks; priority chat | Product teams with advanced targeting needs |
| Enterprise | Quoted | From $569/mo | SAML SSO, access logs, HIPAA and DORA, custom legal terms, dedicated success manager, call support | Regulated and larger companies |
The headline Growth price is easy to misread: $114 a month (billed yearly) buys 250 responses a month, and 1,500 responses costs $289, so plan your volume before choosing. Starter's monthly billing is flexible but costs more per response and caps you at 2 active surveys. On Growth and above, surveys stop collecting at the limit until you upgrade or buy more responses, and Survicate doesn't publish the price of extra responses. A partial response counts as one, and test responses count. Survicate says it doesn't offer refunds, so the 10-day trial is the time to check targeting and integrations. Education and non-profit organizations can ask for 25% off yearly plans.
Pricing scenarios
What Survicate costs: three calculations
These are our calculations from Survicate's published prices on October 10, 2026, not quotes. VAT is not included.
Calculation 1, a startup running one in-app NPS survey. Growth at 100 responses a month is $56 a month billed yearly, or $672 a year, with branding removed and HubSpot connected.
Calculation 2, the same startup on Starter's monthly billing. $89 a month for 100 responses; a month with 130 responses adds 30 × $0.89 = $26.70, for $115.70.
Calculation 3, a product team collecting about 1,000 responses a month. Growth's 1,000-response tier is $229 a month billed yearly, or $2,748 a year. If the team needs event targeting or the Amplitude integration, it has to move to Pro, from $349 a month.

The Methodology
How We Reviewed Survicate
This is an editorial review, not a documented hands-on test. We didn't use a Survicate account. It's based on Survicate's pricing page (including its structured plan data), product and feature pages, integrations directory, security, support and contact pages, and help center articles on pricing, the free plan, the trial, responses, refunds, AI, HIPAA and DORA, all checked on October 10, 2026. The cost scenarios are our calculations from published prices. Where Survicate's pages conflict, as on Free plan limits, data retention, SOC 2 status, HIPAA plan availability and integration counts, we report both statements instead of picking one.
Our editorial evaluation considers product information, official documentation, pricing, features and professional experience. It is not a claim of documented hands-on testing.

Run an in-app NPS survey on Growth with attribute targeting by plan and role, sync responses to HubSpot, and review themes in the Research Hub each month.

Show a post-purchase website survey asking how customers found you, and use the answers as self-reported attribution.
The Ecosystem
Survicate Integrations
