That matters for consultants, agencies and sales teams that have to use a corporate template. Basic costs $10 per user a month annual or $15 monthly with 1,500 AI credits. Pro is $20 annual or $25 monthly, Team is $30 annual or $40 monthly, and Max ($200 annual, $240 monthly) adds unlimited credits. New customers get a 7-day trial with 1,000 credits, but it requires a card, and Plus AI doesn't refund subscription payments.

Beautiful.ai uses more than 300 Smart Slide layouts that rearrange themselves as you add content, which keeps decks consistent when several people edit them. Every seat includes unlimited AI content generation and PowerPoint import and export. Pro costs $14.50 a month billed annually; no monthly Pro price was listed. Team is listed at $40 per user a month annual or $50 monthly (its plan card also says $40 a month includes 3 users) and adds shared folders, team slide libraries and player branding. A single presentation costs $45. The 14-day trial requires a card and charges in full if you don't cancel.

Canva is a general design tool, so it fits teams that already make social posts, one-pagers and ads in it and want decks in the same brand kit. Pro and Business include Canva's AI features and its full template library, presentation templates included, but it's a design canvas first rather than a prompt-to-deck generator. Pro costs $18 a month or $144 a year for one person. Business costs $25 a month or $250 a year per person. Canva also sells an AI Pass add-on for heavier AI use on Pro and Business.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot adds AI to PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, so people can use AI inside the PowerPoint files and templates your company already controls. Copilot Business is an add-on to an existing Microsoft 365 plan: $18 per user a month paid yearly, which Microsoft showed as reduced from $21, or $25.20 paid monthly. Microsoft also sells Business Standard with Copilot at $23.50 a month paid yearly or $28.20 monthly. It makes sense when the license also covers email, documents and meetings.

Gemini in Google Slides

Gemini in Google Slides is part of Google Workspace rather than a separate purchase, and the same plan includes Gemini in Gmail, Docs and Meet. It isn't on Business Starter, so Business Standard is the entry point at $14 per user a month on an annual commitment or $16.80 on the flexible plan. Google was offering a discount on the first three months at checkout on October 8. Compare it with Plus AI if you need full decks generated inside Slides, and with Gamma if you don't need to stay in Slides.

Pitch charges the same per-seat rate whatever the team size, and commenters and guests are free.

Prezi suits presenters who want movement; for standard business decks, a slide-based tool is simpler.
