    Quick answer

    Is Bouncer worth it?

Bouncer is a strong value pick for list cleaning. On October 19, 2026, credits cost $8 for 1,000, $60 for 10,000 and $400 for 100,000, a monthly subscription took 20% off ($48 for 10,000, $320 for 100,000), and Bouncer says its credits never expire. New accounts get 100 free credits with no card. It refunds addresses it marked deliverable that hard-bounce within 72 hours, and says its deliverable results are over 99% accurate; BestStacked hasn't verified that. It integrates with Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit and Klaviyo, but lists no ActiveCampaign or Zapier connector. Inbox placement and blocklist tests are a separate Deliverability Kit from $25 a month.

    Best for
Teams that verify lists now and then and want low prices, credits that keep, and Kit, Brevo or Klaviyo connectors.
    Skip it if
You run ActiveCampaign or rely on Zapier, or you want deliverability tools bundled with your credits.
    Strongest capability
Low per-check prices with no expiry, free duplicates and unknowns, and a refund for deliverable results that bounce within 72 hours.
    Biggest limitation
Purchases are non-refundable under terms last updated in 2018, and the integrations list has no ActiveCampaign or Zapier.
    Current cost
    100 free; 1,000 $8; 10,000 $60; 100,000 $400; Deliverability Kit from $25/mo.

    The Verdict

Bouncer combines low prices with the friendliest credit rules of the four verifiers we compared: $60 for 10,000 checks and $400 for 100,000 (20% less on a monthly subscription), no charge for duplicates or unknown results, and credits it says never expire, whether bought once or by subscription. Around verification it sells a Toxicity Check, a form widget called Shield, data enrichment, engagement insights and a separate Deliverability Kit with inbox placement, blocklist and authentication tests from $25 a month. Its integrations page lists 25 tools, including Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit, Klaviyo, HubSpot and Make, but not ActiveCampaign or Zapier. Support is offered by chat, email and video call, with no published hours. Bouncer's terms say all purchases are non-refundable and were last updated in 2018, and its 99% accuracy figure is its own claim. We score Bouncer 8.2/10.

    The Background

    What Is Bouncer?

Bouncer is an email verification service run by Bouncer Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, Poland. You upload a list, connect an email platform or call its API, and it marks each address deliverable, risky, undeliverable or unknown, with deep checks on catch-all domains. Around that core it sells a Toxicity Check that rates addresses from 0 to 5 for breach, complaint, litigator and spam-trap risk, Shield (a form widget that blocks bad addresses at entry), company data enrichment, Email Engagement Insights (last open, click and reply dates), and a Deliverability Kit for inbox placement, blocklist and SPF, DKIM and DMARC tests. Bouncer says data is stored in AWS data centres in the EU. Verification removes addresses likely to bounce but doesn't guarantee inbox placement, and it doesn't make a bought or scraped list lawful to email.

    The Product

Bouncer Features: What You Actually Get

    List verification and API

Upload a list or call the API: real-time checks run at up to 1,000 requests a minute and batch jobs at 200, drawing on the same credit balance. Duplicates and unknown results cost nothing. Bouncer's Guarantee page says its deliverable results are over 99% accurate, its undeliverable results 100%, and that about 2% of results come back unknown; it doesn't explain how those figures are measured, and BestStacked hasn't verified them.

An agency cleans a client's 30,000-address list before a relaunch and keeps the leftover credits for the next client.

    Bounce guarantee

If an address Bouncer marked deliverable hard-bounces within 72 hours of verification, Bouncer says it refunds those contacts as credit or money. Soft bounces and spam complaints aren't covered, and the guarantee only applies to deliverable results.

A marketer sends within a day of cleaning and claims credit back for the handful of deliverable addresses that bounced.

    Toxicity Check, Shield and enrichment

Toxicity Check rates addresses from 0 to 5 for risks such as breached or widely circulated addresses, complainers, litigators and possible spam traps; its pricing isn't shown on the pricing page. Shield adds real-time verification to forms without code, priced per monthly check plus $5 per shield. Enrichment adds public company data, and Engagement Insights shows last open, click and reply dates.

An ecommerce brand puts Shield on its pop-up form and runs Toxicity Check on an old list before a win-back campaign.

    Deliverability Kit

A separate subscription for inbox placement tests, IP and domain blocklist tests, SPF, DKIM and DMARC tests and SpamAssassin checks: Starter $25 a month (250 test emails, 10 IPs or domains monitored), Standard $125 (1,000 and 25) and Pro $250 (2,500 and 50).

A newsletter checks inbox placement and blocklists monthly on Starter while buying verification credits only when it imports new lists.

    Feature recap

    • List verification and real-time API on one credit balance
    • Duplicates and unknown results free
    • 72-hour bounce guarantee on deliverable results
    • Toxicity Check (0-5) for breach, complaint and litigator risk

    • 25 listed integrations incl. Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Make

    Bouncer Pricing: Every Plan Explained

These are USD prices from Bouncer's pricing page on October 19, 2026, read in a browser. One credit verifies one address; checkout accepts several currencies.

Pricing scenarios (our arithmetic from Bouncer's published USD prices, checked October 19, 2026). Cleaning 10,000 addresses costs $60, against $50 at NeverBounce, $70 at Kickbox and $129 at ZeroBounce pay-as-you-go. At 100,000 it's $400, the same as NeverBounce and below Kickbox ($500) and ZeroBounce ($649). The monthly subscription took 20% off in the calculator ($48 for 10,000 and $320 for 100,000 a month), and Bouncer says subscription credits don't expire either, so unused months aren't wasted. The bigger difference is expiry: NeverBounce credits expire after 12 months and Kickbox's after one year, while Bouncer says its credits never expire, so leftover credits from a large pack keep their value. Two cautions: Bouncer's terms say all purchases are non-refundable, and they were last updated on August 24, 2018 and don't mention credit expiry at all, so the never-expire promise lives on the pricing page and FAQ rather than in the contract.

    Read before you buy

    Bouncer's fine print

Credit expiry: the pricing page and FAQ say credits never expire, for both one-off purchases and the subscription. Bouncer's terms and conditions (usebouncer.com/terms-and-conditions, last updated August 24, 2018) don't mention expiry either way. All three read on October 19, 2026.

Refunds: the terms say "All purchases are non-refundable." The separate Bouncer Guarantee refunds addresses marked deliverable that hard-bounce within 72 hours, as credit or money; it doesn't cover soft bounces, spam complaints or unknown results.

Accuracy: Bouncer's Guarantee page claims over 99% accuracy for deliverable results and 100% for undeliverable ones, and its homepage says fewer than 2% of results are unknown. We found no published method behind those figures. Treat them as Bouncer's claims.

    Scoring

    How the score is built

BestStacked weights five sub-scores: ease of use 20%, features 25%, pricing 20%, support 15% and integrations 20%. For Bouncer they come only from its own pages, not from testing, on the same scale as our ZeroBounce review (8.3). Ease of use 8.6: 100 free credits with no card, one credit balance, a no-code form widget and API sandbox addresses. Features 8.2: verification with deep catch-all checks, Toxicity Check, Shield, enrichment, engagement insights and a bounce guarantee, with deliverability tools sold separately; accuracy figures are unexplained vendor claims. Pricing 8.6: low prices at every volume and credits that don't expire, offset by non-refundable purchases, 2018-dated terms and a Deliverability Kit that costs extra. Support 7.8: chat, email and video calls are offered, with no published hours or phone line. Integrations 7.6: 25 listed, including Mailchimp, Brevo, Kit, Klaviyo, HubSpot and Make, but no ActiveCampaign or Zapier listing. That works out to 8.2 out of 10.

    The Audience

    Who Should Use Bouncer?

    Best for: irregular list cleaning

If you verify a list every few months, credits that don't expire mean a $400 pack of 100,000 keeps its value between campaigns.

Best for: Kit, Brevo and Klaviyo users

Bouncer is the only verifier of the four with a listed Kit integration, and it also connects to Brevo, Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

Skip if: you run ActiveCampaign or Zapier workflows

Neither appears on Bouncer's integrations page; Make, Pabbly and Integrately are listed instead. NeverBounce and Kickbox list both.

    The Methodology

    How We Reviewed Bouncer

This is an editorial review, not a hands-on test. BestStacked didn't use Bouncer for this review and makes no accuracy, speed or deliverability claims of its own; the accuracy and unknown-rate figures are Bouncer's published claims. The review is based on Bouncer's own pages, checked on October 19, 2026: the pricing page (read in a browser, pay-as-you-go and subscription views, Deliverability Kit and Shield tabs), the Bouncer Guarantee page, the terms and conditions, the FAQ, the homepage, the API page and API documentation, and the integrations page. Competitor prices come from each vendor's own pricing page the same day. BestStacked has no affiliate relationship with Bouncer.

Our editorial evaluation considers product information, official documentation, pricing, features and professional experience. It is not a claim of documented hands-on testing.

    A creator on Kit

Connect the Kit integration and clean the list before a launch: 10,000 subscribers cost $60, and the leftover credits stay in the account for next time.

An agency with many small clients

Buy a 50,000-credit pack for $250 and spend it across clients over months without worrying about expiry. Add Toxicity Check for lists of unknown origin.

A store protecting its sign-up form

Add Shield to the form for real-time checks, priced per monthly check plus $5 per shield, and run the Deliverability Kit's Starter plan ($25 a month) to watch blocklists.

    The Final Word

    Should You Use Bouncer?

    8.2/10 Score

Bouncer is the best value of the four verifiers we compared for teams that clean lists irregularly: prices match or beat its rivals at most volumes, duplicates and unknowns are free, and its credits don't expire. It's also the only one with a listed Kit integration. Watch the fine print: purchases are non-refundable under 2018-dated terms, ActiveCampaign and Zapier aren't on its integrations list, deliverability tools cost extra, and its accuracy figures are its own claims. We score Bouncer 8.2/10.
