Quick answer
Is NeverBounce worth it?
NeverBounce is a good value email verifier if you mostly clean lists in bulk. On October 19, 2026, pay-as-you-go credits cost $8 per 1,000, $50 for 10,000 and $400 for 100,000, and they expire 12 months after purchase. The Growth subscription costs $49 a month for up to 10,000 verifications or $159 for up to 100,000, and adds automatic syncing with your CRM, AI scoring and parallel list cleaning. There's no monthly free plan: NeverBounce offers free test credits and a free list analysis instead. Its integration pages cover Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and HubSpot, but we found none for Brevo, Klaviyo or Kit.
- Best for
- Bulk list cleaning at a low price per check, and teams that want new CRM contacts verified automatically.
- Skip it if
- You use Brevo, Klaviyo or Kit and want a native connector, or you need warmup and blacklist monitoring from the same vendor.
- Strongest capability
- Growth's CRM auto-sync charges only for new, unique addresses, which suits lists that grow every day.
- Biggest limitation
- Pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase, and support has no published 24/7 line.
- Current cost
- $8 per 1,000 credits, $50 for 10,000, $400 for 100,000; Growth $49/mo (10,000) or $159/mo (100,000).
The Verdict
NeverBounce does the core job of an email verifier at one of the lowest prices we found: $50 cleans 10,000 addresses and $400 cleans 100,000, against $129 and $649 at ZeroBounce. Its Growth plan is the cheapest monthly option at 100,000 verifications ($159) and adds CRM auto-sync, AI scoring and up to 200 AI-picked leads a month. It lists 80+ integrations, with dedicated pages for Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier and n8n. The trade-offs: pay-as-you-go credits expire after 12 months, there's no monthly free tier, it sells no warmup or blacklist monitoring, and support hours are published only for sales (weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern). We score NeverBounce 8.1/10.

The Background
What Is NeverBounce?
NeverBounce is an email verification service owned by ZoomInfo, the B2B contact-data company. You upload a list, connect an app or call its API, and it checks whether each address exists and is safe to send to, so fewer of your emails bounce. Its pricing page lists automatic typo fixes (gmai becomes gmail), the company name behind each address and a feature it calls GTM Guard, which it describes as giving AI agents clean inputs. The Growth subscription adds Sync, which connects to your CRM or email platform and verifies new contacts as they arrive, plus AI scoring and a monthly allowance of AI-picked leads. What verification doesn't do matters as much: it removes addresses likely to bounce, but it can't put your email in the inbox. Authentication, content, sending patterns and engagement still decide that, and verification doesn't make a bought or scraped list lawful to email.
The Product
NeverBounce Features: What You Actually Get
Bulk list cleaning and real-time verification
Upload a CSV or pull a list from a connected tool, and NeverBounce returns a status for each address; the pay-as-you-go tier cleans up to 10 lists at once, and the same credits cover real-time checks through the API. The pricing page also lists automatic typo correction and the company name for each address. We couldn't load NeverBounce's homepage or help center on October 19, 2026, so this review quotes no accuracy figure for it.
A marketer cleans a 100,000-address list for $400 before moving platforms, then drops the invalid and risky addresses before the import.
Growth plan: CRM auto-sync
Growth connects to your CRM or email platform and flags bad addresses before they reach your workflows. NeverBounce says you pay only for new, unique addresses, with duplicates free, and that list cleaning runs in parallel without the 10-list cap.
A SaaS team syncs HubSpot so every new trial sign-up is verified within the month's 10,000-check allowance.
AI scoring and AI-picked leads
Growth adds AI scoring, described as showing who is most likely to convert, and 200 new leads a month picked by AI to match your best customers. These lean on ZoomInfo's data business and go beyond what ZeroBounce, Kickbox or Bouncer sell; NeverBounce doesn't publish how the scoring works.
A sales team uses the monthly lead allowance to top up outreach lists that it then verifies before sequencing.
Integrations and automation
The pricing page links to 80+ integrations, and NeverBounce's sitemap lists dedicated pages for Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, MailerLite, AWeber, Marketo, Zapier and n8n, among others. We found no Brevo, Klaviyo or Kit page on October 19, 2026; Zapier or the API can fill gaps.
An agency uses the n8n integration to verify form leads before they're written to a client's CRM.

NeverBounce Pricing: Every Plan Explained
These are USD prices from NeverBounce's pricing page on October 19, 2026, read in a browser with both volume selectors. One credit verifies one address.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Included Features | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pay as you goBest value | From $8 per 1,000 credits | One-time purchases | $0.008 per credit up to 5,000; $0.005 from 10,000 ($50); $0.004 at 100,000 ($400); $0.003 at 250,000; $0.0025 at 1 million; $0.002 at 2 million. Credits expire 12 months after purchase | One-off and occasional list cleaning |
| Growth | From $49/mo (up to 10,000) | Monthly price only shown | $159/mo up to 100,000, tiers to 1 million. CRM auto-sync, AI scoring, 200 AI-picked leads a month, unlimited parallel list cleaning; duplicates free | Teams verifying new contacts every month |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Typically 250,000+ emails a month; advanced security and compliance, dedicated account manager | Large teams and complex stacks |
Pricing scenarios (our arithmetic from NeverBounce's published USD prices, checked October 19, 2026). Cleaning a 10,000-address list once costs $50 pay-as-you-go, a dollar more than one month of Growth ($49), which also adds auto-sync and AI scoring. At 100,000 addresses the gap widens: $400 pay-as-you-go against $159 for one month of Growth at that volume, which makes Growth the cheaper way to clean a big list if you cancel afterwards; the pricing page doesn't state Growth's cancellation or rollover terms, so confirm them before relying on that. For comparison on the same day, 10,000 checks cost $60 at Bouncer, $70 at Kickbox and $129 at ZeroBounce. The catch is expiry: pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase, so a large pack only pays off if you use it within the year. NeverBounce's terms page didn't load for us on October 19, 2026, so check its refund terms before buying a large pack.

What we couldn't verify on NeverBounce's site
NeverBounce's pricing page and sitemap loaded normally on October 19, 2026, but its homepage, help center and terms of use then returned an access-denied page to our browser. So this review doesn't quote a NeverBounce accuracy figure, the exact number of free test credits, or its refund policy. The pricing page says only "Free list analysis and free test credits" and that no credit card is needed to verify your first list.
The pricing page also doesn't say whether unused Growth verifications roll over to the next month, or how cancellation works. Ask sales (1-833-964-1625, weekdays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern) or check your account's billing page before committing to Growth.
Scoring
How the score is built
BestStacked weights five sub-scores: ease of use 20%, features 25%, pricing 20%, support 15% and integrations 20%. For NeverBounce they come only from its own pages, not from testing, and use the same scale as our ZeroBounce review (8.3). Ease of use 8.4: upload, connect or call the API, with free test credits and no card needed for a first list. Features 7.8: verification, typo fixes, CRM auto-sync, AI scoring and AI-picked leads, but no warmup, inbox tests or blacklist monitoring, and no published accuracy method. Pricing 8.4: among the lowest per-check prices we found and the cheapest monthly plan at 100,000 checks, offset by 12-month credit expiry, no monthly free tier and refund terms we couldn't confirm. Support 7.6: live chat and a help desk, with phone hours published only for sales. Integrations 8.4: 80+ listed, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier and n8n, but no dedicated Brevo, Klaviyo or Kit page. That works out to 8.1 out of 10.

The Methodology
How We Reviewed NeverBounce
This is an editorial review, not a hands-on test. BestStacked didn't use NeverBounce for this review and makes no accuracy, speed or deliverability claims of its own. Its homepage, help center and terms returned an access-denied page to our browser that day, so free-credit counts, refund terms and accuracy claims aren't quoted. Competitor prices come from each vendor's own pricing page on October 19, 2026. BestStacked has no affiliate relationship with NeverBounce.
Our editorial evaluation considers product information, official documentation, pricing, features and professional experience. It is not a claim of documented hands-on testing.
