    Quick answer

What is DashThis, and is it worth paying for?

DashThis is a marketing reporting tool: you connect accounts such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console and HubSpot, and it fills a dashboard that refreshes itself and can be emailed, shared by link or exported as a PDF. It's worth it if you build the same monthly report for several clients and want it branded and automatic. It's less suited to real-time analytics, company-wide BI or large data warehouses. On October 14, 2026 the cheapest plan, Individual, cost $44 a month billed yearly or $54 monthly for 3 dashboards and 15 connected data sources, and plans scale to Standard at $429 a month billed yearly for 50 dashboards. There's no free plan; a 14-day trial with 10 dashboards needs no credit card. Its terms say fees are not refunded.

    Best for
Agencies and freelancers sending branded monthly reports to a small or mid-sized roster of clients.
    Skip it if
You need real-time data, warehouse or SQL sources, user roles, or a free tool; Google's Data Studio is free.
    Strongest capability
Fast, preset report templates with unlimited users, PDF and email dispatch and white-label branding listed on every plan.
    Biggest limitation
Every plan caps both dashboards and connected sources (3 and 15 on Individual), and there's no public API or permission roles.
    Current cost
$44 to $429 a month billed yearly ($54 to $499 monthly); AI Insights Pro is $15 to $19 a month extra.

    The Verdict

DashThis does one thing and keeps it simple: automated marketing reports that look finished. Its pricing page lists unlimited users, every integration, custom branding, a custom domain, PDF export, scheduled email dispatch and a free tier of AI Insights on every plan, and its 34-plus connectors cover the usual ad, analytics, SEO, social, email and call-tracking platforms. The trade-off is scale. Plans are capped by dashboards and by connected sources, so a 10-client agency with several ad accounts per client lands on Professional at $139 a month billed yearly. It has no permission roles, no published API, about 13 months of history by default and data that refreshes daily rather than live. Its own pages disagree on whether white labeling is on the entry plan, and its terms rule out refunds and termination for convenience. We score DashThis 8.0/10.

    The Background

    What Is DashThis?

DashThis is a web app from Moment Zéro Inc., a Quebec City company that trades as DashThis and says it was founded in 2011. You create a dashboard per client or campaign, connect data accounts, and drop in preset widgets or templates for channels such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, CallRail and Shopify, plus Google Sheets and CSV files for anything else. Dashboards refresh automatically (nightly or when opened, depending on the integration) and can be shared by link, emailed on a schedule or exported to PDF. DashThis says it has 18,000-plus users in 122-plus countries; that's its own figure. Pricing is built on two meters: how many dashboards you run and how many data sources are connected to them. The privacy policy says data is processed and stored in Canada.

    The Product

DashThis Features: What You Actually Get

    Template-based report dashboards

Preset templates and widgets build a channel report in a few clicks: SEO, PPC, social, email and multi-channel overviews. A drag-and-drop editor, calculated widgets, data blending across integrations, widget notes, comments and custom templates are listed on every plan. Dashboards can mix sources, so one client report can show Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4 side by side.

A freelance PPC manager builds one monthly template and duplicates it for each of three clients, swapping the connected ad accounts.

    Branding, sharing and scheduled delivery

The pricing page lists a custom logo, color themes, white-labeled dashboards, a custom domain and a custom sender email on all four plans, plus link sharing, PDF export and automated email dispatch. Shared links are view-only and dashboards can be password-protected; there are no user roles or access levels.

An agency sends each client a branded report on the 2nd of every month from its own domain, without logging into the tool.

AI Insights and the MCP connector

AI Insights generates preset summaries (summary, opportunities, wins, issues) from a dashboard; the free tier is capped at 10 preset insights a month. AI Insights Pro ($19 a month, or $15 billed yearly) adds a chat mode capped at 50 messages per conversation and room for 2,000 characters of dashboard context, under a fair-use policy. The help center says it runs on OpenAI. A read-only MCP connector lets Claude or ChatGPT query your dashboards on every plan and in the trial; it can't create, edit or send anything.

An account manager asks the AI chat which campaign drove last month's drop in leads before writing the client's commentary.

    34-plus marketing integrations

The integrations page lists 34-plus connectors: GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta and Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit, Snapchat, Spotify and ChatGPT Ads, YouTube, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, WebCEO, keyword.com, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, CallRail and Shopify. Google Sheets and a CSV manager cover other data. Each connected account counts once against your source cap, however many widgets use it.

A local SEO agency reports rankings from SEMrush, calls from CallRail and leads from HubSpot in one dashboard per client.

    Feature recap

    • Preset templates and widgets for PPC, SEO, social, email and multi-channel reports
    • Unlimited users and all integrations on every plan
    • Custom logo, colors, domain and sender email listed on every plan (help center says white label is Professional and up)
    • Scheduled email dispatch, link sharing and PDF export
    • AI Insights free tier (10 preset insights a month); AI Insights Pro chat from $15/mo
    • Read-only MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT
    • 34-plus connectors plus Google Sheets and CSV
    • About 13 months of history by default; data refreshes daily, not live

    The Numbers

    DashThis Pricing: Every Plan Explained

DashThis prices by the number of dashboards and connected data sources. These are the prices on its pricing page on October 14, 2026, in US dollars per month; the yearly figure is the monthly equivalent of a year paid upfront (DashThis says yearly saves 15%).

Two caps decide your plan: dashboards and sources. A source is any data account connected to at least one dashboard, so one client with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Search Console uses four of Individual's 15. Archived or inactive sources don't count. In practice an agency with 10 clients and three or four accounts each needs Professional ($139 a month billed yearly, 10 dashboards, 40 sources), and a 25-client agency needs Business ($279). AgencyAnalytics prices per client instead ($20 per client a month billed annually), which is cheaper for small rosters and comparable at 10 to 15 clients. DashThis offers 30% off for registered non-profits, and its help center mentions loyalty discounts and custom in-between plans on request. Read the terms before committing: section 9.5 says DashThis doesn't refund subscriptions, section 9.10 says there's no termination for convenience, prices may change between billing cycles, and late payments carry 1% interest a month. The help center separately says you can cancel in the app and keep access until the period ends, and that refund requests go to customer success.

    Where DashThis's own pages differ

White label: the pricing page ticks white-labeled dashboards, a custom domain and a custom sender email for all four plans, and the product support FAQ calls white label "included with every paid plan." The sales and pricing FAQ says white label options are for "Professional plans or more." If branding matters on Individual, confirm it in writing before you buy.

The trial: the white-label page says the trial includes those features, while the sales FAQ says the trial includes everything except white label options.

Cancelling and refunds: the pricing FAQ says you can cancel whenever you need to, and the help center describes an in-app cancel button. The terms say there's no termination for convenience and no refunds, while the help center invites refund requests through customer success.

Smaller differences: the integrations page says 34-plus integrations and the homepage says 30-plus. The homepage FAQ says plans start at $44 a month, while the page's structured data lists a $42 low price and $249 high price that match no current plan.

    Before you buy

    History, refresh and data access

DashThis imports the last 12 completed months plus the current month by default, and some integrations provide less. Older history needs a request to your product specialist.

Data updates nightly (Eastern time) or when a dashboard is opened, depending on the integration. DashThis's help center says the product is built for past performance, not real-time monitoring.

There's no public API advertised and no warehouse or SQL connector; Google Sheets and CSV uploads are the routes for other data. PDF is the only documented export. Section 6.4 of the terms lets DashThis compile statistics on use of the service, including to train AI models, and use aggregated data as it sees fit.

    The Tradeoffs

    DashThis Pros and Cons

    What we love

    • Unlimited users and every integration on every plan
    • Preset templates make a finished client report quickly
    • Scheduled email delivery, link sharing and PDF export included
    • AI Insights free tier and a read-only MCP connector on every plan
    • 14-day trial with 10 dashboards and no credit card
    • 30% non-profit discount

    What could be better

    • Plans cap both dashboards and connected sources
    • No free plan; terms rule out refunds and termination for convenience
    • No user roles, no public API, no warehouse or SQL sources
    • About 13 months of history and daily (not live) refresh
    • Its pages disagree on whether white label is on Individual
    • Priority support only on Business and Standard

    The Audience

    Who Should Use DashThis?

Best for: small PPC, SEO and social agencies

Agencies that send the same monthly report to five to 25 clients get templates, scheduled delivery and their own branding without building reports by hand. Count clients' connected accounts first, because the source cap usually decides the plan.

Best for: in-house marketers reporting upward

A marketing manager who reports ads, web analytics and email results to leadership each month can run that on Individual or Professional, with unlimited viewers and no extra seats to buy.

Skip if: you need BI or live data

Teams that want SQL or warehouse sources, permissions by role, real-time dashboards or an API should look at Databox or a BI tool. If budget is the main constraint, Google's Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) is free.

AgencyAnalytics: AgencyAnalytics charges per client rather than per dashboard and adds rank tracking and an AI tracker as add-ons. Databox: Databox has a free plan and covers broader business data, including databases, but white labeling is an $80-a-month add-on. Pick it for company KPIs; pick DashThis for marketing client reports.Read our Databox review →

Google Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio): Google's Data Studio is free and flexible, but non-Google sources such as Meta or LinkedIn Ads usually need paid third-party connectors, and building templates takes longer. BestStacked hasn't reviewed Data Studio yet.

    How People Actually Use DashThis

    A freelancer with three clients

Individual ($44 a month billed yearly) covers three dashboards and 15 sources. Confirm in writing that white labeling and the custom domain are on your plan, since the help center says they start on Professional.

    A 12-client paid-media agency

Professional's 10 dashboards won't fit 12 clients, so you'd need Business ($279 billed yearly) or a custom plan. Compare the cost with AgencyAnalytics' per-client pricing before choosing.

An in-house team reporting to leadership

One or two dashboards on Individual handle a monthly marketing report with unlimited viewers. Add AI Insights Pro only if you want chat-style analysis on top of the free preset summaries.

    The Ecosystem

    DashThis Integrations

DashThis lists 34-plus integrations, all included on every plan, with each connected account counting against the source cap.

    The Final Word

    Should You Use DashThis?

    8/10 Score

DashThis is a tidy, fast way to produce branded marketing reports, with unlimited users, broad marketing connectors, scheduled delivery and basic AI summaries on every plan. It's a weaker fit once you need live data, database sources, permissions or an API, and the dashboard and source caps push growing agencies up the price ladder quickly. Confirm white labeling on your plan, count your sources, and note the no-refund terms. We score DashThis 8.0/10.
