    Quick answer

    How much does AgencyAnalytics cost?

AgencyAnalytics now sells a single Core plan at $20 per client a month billed yearly, or $25 per client billed monthly, with no minimum and no maximum. Each client includes unlimited staff and client users, unlimited dashboards, reports and data sources, white labeling, AgencyAI and API access. Rank tracking ($41.67 a month per 500 keywords on annual billing, $50 monthly) and AI search visibility tracking ($20.83 or $25 per 250 credits) are add-ons, and agencies with 25+ clients can ask sales for volume pricing.

    Trial
14 days with no credit card, capped at 15 clients and one scheduled report email.
    What counts as a client
The pricing FAQ says one business relationship; the help center says one website or URL, so multi-site clients may count more than once.
    Refunds
A 30-day, 100% refund guarantee on first-time purchases. Annual plans can be cancelled but aren't refunded pro rata.
    Skip it if
You need cross-department business dashboards from databases and finance tools, or documented SOC 2 and SSO. AgencyAnalytics has no public security page.

    The Verdict

AgencyAnalytics is built for one job, client reporting for marketing agencies, and its pricing reflects that: a flat $20 per client a month billed yearly, with unlimited users, unlimited dashboards and reports, white labeling and its AgencyAI assistant included. It connects to the channels agencies report on, including GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Search Console, LinkedIn, TikTok, CallRail and WhatConverts, and offers support by chat and email 24 hours a day on weekdays. The weak spots are the add-ons (rank tracking and AI visibility tracking cost extra), volume pricing that's only available from sales, a help center that defines a client differently from the pricing page, and no public security or compliance page. We score it 8.6/10.

    Best for

SEO, PPC and social agencies with 5 to 50 clients that want branded dashboards and scheduled reports with predictable per-client pricing.

    The Background

    What Is AgencyAnalytics?

AgencyAnalytics is client reporting software for marketing agencies, based in Toronto. Agencies connect each client's marketing accounts, then build live dashboards and scheduled reports in slide-deck or document format under their own brand. It's sold as one Core plan priced per client, with add-ons for rank tracking and AI search visibility tracking. Around reporting it adds AgencyAI, which answers questions from a client's data and cites its sources, anomaly detection, goals, roll-up reports across clients, a client portal and an MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools.

    The Product

AgencyAnalytics Features: What You Actually Get

    Dashboards and automated reports

Every client gets unlimited dashboards and reports, built with drag-and-drop in slide-deck or document format. Reports can be scheduled, approved before sending and versioned, and roll-up reports and dashboards combine data across clients for staff.

A PPC agency schedules a monthly report for each client on the 2nd, with an approval step before it goes out.

    White labeling

The pricing page lists your logo, colors, client branding, a custom domain and custom email as included in Core. AgencyAnalytics' white-label feature page still describes custom email, a branded domain and multiple white-label profiles as "select plans", wording left from its old plan lineup.

An agency serves dashboards from reports.agencyname.com and sends reports from its own email address.

    AgencyAI and AI summaries

AgencyAI answers questions from a client's live data and cites the report or dashboard each figure came from, with conversation history per client. AI summaries can be added to reports, and metric insights, anomaly detection, trend forecasting and benchmarks are listed on the pricing page. AgencyAnalytics doesn't publish AI usage limits or which AI models it uses.

An account manager asks why a client's conversions dropped last month and gets an answer citing the GA4 and Google Ads widgets.

    SEO tools

The Rank Tracker is an add-on at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords on annual billing ($50 monthly), tracking Google, Google Local, Google Mobile and Bing. Marketing pages say rankings update daily, while the help center says every 7 days. A Backlink Monitor draws on Majestic's data.

An SEO agency tracks 400 local keywords across three client locations and shows the trend in each monthly report.

    AI search visibility tracking

The AI Tracker add-on (beta) checks how a brand appears in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. It's $25 a month for 250 credits on monthly billing; one credit is one prompt on one AI platform for one location, and unused credits expire monthly.

An agency tracks 20 prompts across three AI platforms for a client and reports the trend each month.

    Client access and permissions

Unlimited staff and client users are included. Permissions control which clients a user can see, what they can do and which dashboards are visible, and dashboards can be staff-only. Clients get a branded portal.

A client's marketing manager logs into the branded portal to see live results without access to other clients.

    Data retention

AgencyAnalytics says it warehouses up to 365 days of history where possible, though its own table lists 730 days for some integrations. Generated PDF reports older than 60 days are deleted, and a deleted client's data is permanently removed after about 60 days.

An agency exports year-over-year figures before a client's annual review rather than relying on old PDF reports.

    AgencyAnalytics Pricing: Every Plan Explained

AgencyAnalytics sells one plan, Core, priced per client per month, with no tiers. The page loads on annual billing, which it says saves 20%. There's a 14-day trial with no card and a 30-day refund guarantee on first purchases. Prices in USD, checked on October 10, 2026.

Per-client pricing keeps the maths simple: 10 clients cost $200 a month billed yearly or $250 monthly, and the page calculator stays linear up to 999 clients, with discounts only through sales from 25 clients. Users never cost extra. Watch the definition of a client: the pricing FAQ calls it one business relationship, but the help center calls it one website or URL and says multi-site or multi-location customers may need more than one, which raises the bill. Rank tracking and AI visibility tracking are add-ons, and their trials bill automatically unless cancelled. Annual plans can be cancelled at any time but aren't refunded pro rata; the 30-day refund guarantee covers first-time purchases only. Older wording on the pricing FAQ still refers to Agency and Agency Pro plans that no longer exist.

    Pricing scenarios

    What AgencyAnalytics costs: three calculations

These are our calculations from AgencyAnalytics' published prices on October 10, 2026, not quotes. Taxes are not included.

    Calculation 1, a five-client agency on monthly billing. 5 × $25 = $125 a month, with unlimited users and white label included.

    Calculation 2, a 15-client SEO agency on annual billing with rank tracking. 15 × $20 = $300 a month, plus two Rank Tracker packs (1,000 keywords) at 2 × $41.67 = $83.34, for about $383 a month, or about $4,600 a year.

Calculation 3, a client with three location websites. If each website counts as a client, as the help center describes, that one customer costs 3 × $20 = $60 a month on annual billing rather than $20.

    The Tradeoffs

    AgencyAnalytics Pros and Cons

    What we love

    • Simple per-client pricing with no minimum and no per-user fees
    • White labeling, AgencyAI, API and MCP included in the one plan
    • Integrations for the channels agencies report on, including CallRail and WhatConverts
    • 14-day trial with no credit card
    • 30-day refund guarantee on first purchases
    • Chat and email support 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday

    What could be better

    • Rank tracking and AI visibility tracking cost extra
    • Volume pricing for 25+ clients isn't published
    • Pricing page and help center define a client differently
    • No public security page; SOC 2 and SSO aren't documented
    • No phone support
    • Some pages still use old plan names and "select plans" wording

    The Audience

    Who Should Use AgencyAnalytics?

Best for: SEO and PPC agencies

Integrations for Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, CallRail and WhatConverts cover most agency reporting, and the Rank Tracker fills the SEO gap.

Best for: growing agencies that hate seat pricing

Unlimited staff and client users mean you pay for clients, not for every account manager and client login.

Skip if: you need company-wide business intelligence

Databox connects to SQL databases, finance tools and spreadsheets for internal KPI dashboards across departments.

    The Methodology

    How We Reviewed AgencyAnalytics

This is an editorial review, not a documented hands-on test. We didn't use an AgencyAnalytics account. It's based on AgencyAnalytics' pricing page (read in a browser with both billing toggles), feature and integration pages, and help center articles on clients, billing, the trial, AI features, rank tracking, data warehousing, permissions, support and security, all checked on October 10, 2026. The cost scenarios are our calculations from published prices. Where AgencyAnalytics' pages conflict, as on the definition of a client, white-label wording and rank update frequency, we report both statements instead of picking one.

Our editorial evaluation considers product information, official documentation, pricing, features and professional experience. It is not a claim of documented hands-on testing.

Connect each client's GA4, Search Console, Google Business Profile and CallRail, add Rank Tracker keywords, and schedule a branded monthly report.

    A paid social agency

Report Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ads in one dashboard per client, and use roll-up reports to compare spend across the book.

    The Ecosystem

    AgencyAnalytics FAQ

    The Final Word

    Should You Use AgencyAnalytics?

    8.6/10 Score

AgencyAnalytics does client reporting well and prices it plainly: $20 per client a month billed yearly, with unlimited users, white labeling and AgencyAI included and integrations for the channels agencies report on. Budget for the Rank Tracker if you sell SEO, check how many "clients" a multi-site customer counts as, and ask sales about volume pricing once you pass 25 clients. If your clients need SOC 2 reports or SSO, ask before you buy, because none are documented publicly. We score AgencyAnalytics 8.6/10.
