Quick answer
Is SocialPilot worth it for agencies and small teams?
SocialPilot is a social media management tool: you plan, schedule and publish posts to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business from one calendar. On October 18, 2026, Essentials cost $30 a month or $25.50 a month billed annually for 7 accounts and one user, but it has no analytics or inbox. Standard ($50, or $42.50 annually) adds both for 15 accounts and 3 users, and Premium ($100, or $85 annually) adds client approvals, bulk scheduling and white-label reports for 25 accounts. There's a 14-day free trial with no card, but no free plan, and annual plans aren't refundable.
- Best for
- Agencies and multi-location businesses that need many accounts, client approvals and branded reports without per-user pricing.
- Skip it if
- You manage a few personal channels (Buffer's free plan covers 3) or need social listening and enterprise customer care.
- Strongest capability
- Agency features at a low price: unlimited client seats, client approval workflows and white-label reports from $85 a month billed annually.
- Biggest limitation
- Essentials has no analytics or inbox, API access and SSO are Enterprise-only, and support is 24x5 below Enterprise.
- Current cost
- Essentials $30/mo ($25.50 annually); Standard $50 ($42.50); Premium $100 ($85); Ultimate $200 ($170); extra accounts $4/mo, users $5/mo.
The Verdict
SocialPilot gives agencies the parts they pay a premium for elsewhere, client seats, client approval workflows, white-label reports and bulk scheduling, at a price well below Hootsuite or Sprout Social. Its plans scale by social accounts and users rather than charging per seat, extra accounts cost $4 a month, and every plan includes Canva, Zapier, Slack, cloud-storage imports, a browser extension, mobile apps and an MCP server connection. The trade-offs are in the lower tiers and the edges: Essentials has no analytics or inbox, bulk scheduling waits until Premium, API access and SSO are Enterprise-only, support is 24x5 on standard plans, and there's no social listening. Refunds are narrow, with none on annual plans, and an older noindexed pricing page on SocialPilot's site still shows a cheaper, different lineup. We score SocialPilot 8.2/10, provisionally.
Best for
Agencies, freelancers and multi-location brands that manage 15 or more accounts and need approvals and branded reports on a budget.
Skip if
You need social listening, an open API below Enterprise, or a free plan for a handful of channels.
The Background
What Is SocialPilot?
SocialPilot is a social media management platform from SocialPilot Technologies Inc. It connects to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (still labelled Twitter on its integrations page), LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube, Pinterest and Google Business, and lets you plan posts on a calendar, customise them per network, queue them, and publish automatically. Higher plans add a shared inbox for comments and messages, analytics and scheduled PDF reports, team and client approval workflows, client seats and white-label reports, which is why SocialPilot markets itself to agencies. AI Pilot drafts posts, hashtags and rewrites in 10 languages, limited by AI credits per plan. SocialPilot also sells a separate Reviews product for Google and Facebook reviews, which this review doesn't cover. What it doesn't do matters too: there is no social listening across the wider web, no paid-ads management, and the public API is reserved for Enterprise customers.
The Product
SocialPilot Features: What You Actually Get
Calendar, queues and bulk scheduling
Every plan includes smart queues, a calendar, per-network post customisation, first comments, LinkedIn document posts, UTM parameters, a URL shortener, repeat posts and a content library, plus RSS feeds (5 on Essentials, up to 20 on Ultimate). Bulk scheduling with CSV upload, custom fields and image watermarks start on Premium.
An agency uploads a month of posts for a restaurant group as a CSV on Premium and adjusts the Instagram captions per location.
Client management and white-label reports
Premium adds unlimited client seats, client approval workflows, custom and competitor reports and white-label reports; Ultimate adds Advanced White Label, migration help and a dedicated account manager. Standard has team approvals but no client seats.
A freelancer sends clients posts to approve from their own seats and emails each one a monthly PDF report with the agency's branding.
Social inbox and analytics
From Standard, the inbox collects comments, messages and story replies, with inbox automation, and analytics covers accounts and post performance with PDF and scheduled reports. Essentials has neither, which makes it a scheduler only.
A three-person marketing team on Standard answers Facebook and Instagram comments from one inbox and schedules a weekly report to the owner.
AI Pilot and integrations
AI Pilot generates post ideas, captions and hashtags in 10 languages, with 500 AI credits on Essentials up to unlimited on Ultimate. Every plan connects to Canva, Unsplash, Giphy, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Slack, Zapier and an MCP server, and SocialPilot offers a ChatGPT app for drafting and scheduling.
A social manager designs a carousel in Canva, drafts captions with AI Pilot and schedules it without leaving SocialPilot.

The Numbers
SocialPilot Pricing: Every Plan Explained
These are USD prices from socialpilot.co/plans on October 18, 2026. Annual billing saves about 15%; prices exclude tax. SocialPilot's machine-readable pricing file (last updated July 2026) lists the same USD prices.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Included Features | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $30/mo | $25.50/mo billed annually ($306/yr) | 7 social accounts, 1 user, 500 AI credits, calendar and queues, content library, 5 RSS feeds; no analytics, inbox or approvals | Solo professionals who only need scheduling |
| Standard | $50/mo | $42.50/mo billed annually ($510/yr) | 15 accounts, 3 users, 1,000 AI credits, social inbox, analytics and PDF reports, team and manager approvals | Small businesses and small teams |
| PremiumBest value | $100/mo | $85/mo billed annually ($1,020/yr) | 25 accounts, 6 users, unlimited client seats, 5,000 AI credits, bulk scheduling and CSV, client approvals, custom, competitor and white-label reports | Growing agencies |
| Ultimate | $200/mo | $170/mo billed annually ($2,040/yr) | 50 accounts, unlimited users and AI credits, Advanced White Label, enforced 2FA, migration help, dedicated account manager | Established agencies and multi-location brands |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | Custom account limits, API access, SSO, 24x7 support, dedicated onboarding | Large organizations |
Pricing scenarios (our calculations from SocialPilot's published USD prices on October 18, 2026; tax excluded). A small business that needs analytics and an inbox starts on Standard: $510 a year billed annually, or $600 paid monthly, for 15 accounts and 3 users. An agency with 30 accounts and 8 people could take Premium ($100 a month) plus 5 extra accounts at $4 and 2 extra users at $5, which is $130 a month on monthly billing, against $200 for Ultimate; Ultimate becomes the better deal once you need many more users or the dedicated account manager. For comparison on the same day, Hootsuite's Standard plan cost $99 per user a month billed annually for 10 accounts, and Sprout Social's Essentials $79 per seat a month billed annually for 5 profiles, so SocialPilot is far cheaper for multi-person teams. Buffer charges per channel ($5 a month billed yearly on Essentials), which is cheaper below about six channels for one person. Refund rules are strict: SocialPilot's terms say it refunds the latest charge only if you forgot to cancel or haven't used the account for more than a day after that charge, gives no prorated refunds, and doesn't refund annual subscriptions. Use the 14-day trial before committing to a year.

Where SocialPilot's pages differ
Plan limits and prices: socialpilot.co/plans, the page the site navigation links to, lists Essentials at $30 a month ($25.50 billed annually) with 7 accounts and no analytics, Standard with 15 accounts, Premium with 25 and Ultimate with 50. A second page, socialpilot.co/pricing, which is set to noindex, lists Essentials at $20 ($17 annually) with 5 accounts and analytics, Standard at $40 ($34) with 10 accounts, Premium with 20 accounts and Ultimate with 40. Both were read on October 18, 2026. This review uses /plans, which matches SocialPilot's machine-readable pricing file; confirm the plan at checkout.
Support: the plans table lists 24x5 customer support on every self-serve plan, and the pricing file lists 24x7 only for Enterprise. The plans FAQ describes support by email, chat, mobile app and scheduled calls without hours. The same FAQ still refers to an "Agency+" plan that isn't in the current lineup.
Add-on prices outside the US: the plans page lists an extra user at A$8 a month in Australia, while the pricing file lists A$10. USD add-ons ($4 per account, $5 per user) match on both.
Scoring
How the provisional score is built
BestStacked weights five sub-scores: ease of use 20%, features 25%, pricing 20%, support 15% and integrations 20%. For SocialPilot they come only from SocialPilot's own pages, not from testing, and they're provisional until the editor approves them. Ease of use 8.4: a calendar-and-queue workflow, mobile apps, a browser extension and a no-card trial; the plan gating (no analytics on Essentials, bulk scheduling from Premium) takes reading. Features 8.4: 10 networks, inbox, analytics, client seats and approvals, white-label reports and AI Pilot, but no social listening, no ads management and API access only on Enterprise. Pricing 8.4: low entry prices, account-based rather than per-seat plans and cheap add-ons, offset by no free plan, no refunds on annual plans and a conflicting second pricing page. Support 7.8: email, chat and scheduled calls, but 24x5 rather than 24x7 below Enterprise and an account manager only on Ultimate. Integrations 7.8: Canva, Zapier, Slack, cloud storage, link shorteners, Shopify, WordPress and an MCP server, but no public API below Enterprise. That works out to 8.2 out of 10.

The Audience
Who Should Use SocialPilot?
Best for: small and mid-sized agencies
Premium gives 25 accounts, 6 users, unlimited client seats, client approvals and white-label reports for $85 a month billed annually, a fraction of per-seat tools.
Best for: multi-location businesses
Ultimate's 50 accounts, unlimited users and Google Business support suit franchises and multi-site brands that publish per location and want one approval flow.
Skip if: you need listening or enterprise customer care
SocialPilot has no social listening, sentiment analysis or helpdesk integrations on self-serve plans. Sprout Social and Hootsuite cover those, at much higher per-seat prices.

In The Wild
How People Actually Use SocialPilot
A freelance social media manager
Five clients with three networks each is 15 accounts: Standard at $42.50 a month billed annually covers them with analytics and an inbox. Move to Premium when clients want to approve posts from their own seats.
A 10-location franchise
With Facebook, Instagram and Google Business per location (30 accounts) and a central team, Premium plus 5 extra accounts ($120 a month on monthly billing) or Ultimate ($170 a month billed annually) both fit; Ultimate adds unlimited users and an account manager.
A solo creator
Essentials schedules to 7 accounts for $25.50 a month billed annually, but without analytics. If you only post to two or three channels, Buffer's free plan or per-channel pricing may cost less.
The Ecosystem
SocialPilot Integrations
SocialPilot lists these networks and integrations on its plans and integrations pages; the add-on tools are available on every self-serve plan.

The Final Word
Should You Use SocialPilot?
SocialPilot is one of the most affordable ways for an agency or multi-location business to run many social accounts with client approvals and branded reports. Standard is the sensible starting point for most teams, because Essentials lacks analytics and an inbox; Premium is where the agency features arrive. Look elsewhere if you need social listening or enterprise customer care (Sprout Social, Hootsuite), or if you're one person with a few channels (Buffer). Take the free trial before paying annually, because annual plans aren't refundable, and confirm the plan at checkout given the second pricing page on SocialPilot's site. We score SocialPilot 8.2/10, provisionally.
Yes, if
you manage 15 or more social accounts, or clients who need to approve posts and receive branded reports, on a fixed budget
No, if
you need social listening, an API below Enterprise, or a free plan for two or three channels
