    Quick answer

    How much does WhatConverts cost?

WhatConverts publishes monthly prices only. For one business, Call Tracking is $30 a month, Plus $60, Pro $100 and Elite $160, and each includes a $30 usage credit that covers numbers, minutes, texts and tracked leads. Agency plans with unlimited client accounts are $500, $800 and $1,250 a month, with $250, $300 and $400 of usage included. Beyond the credit you pay per item, for example $2.50 per extra local number, 4.5 cents per local minute and 10 cents per form, chat or transaction on single-business plans.

    Trial
14 days on every plan. The signup guide asks for a card, though you aren't billed during the trial; an onboarding call extends it to 30 days.
    Users
Unlimited users and account profiles on every plan.
    Plan to pick
Plus ($60) is the first plan with form, chat and transaction tracking. Pro ($100) adds call flows, custom reports and HIPAA.
    Skip it if
You want annual pricing on the page, flat fees with no usage billing, or outbound texting. The pricing page lists inbound SMS only.

    The Verdict

WhatConverts is a good fit for agencies and lead-gen businesses that want every lead, not just phone calls, in one list with its source, keyword and value. From the $60 Plus plan it tracks forms, chats and e-commerce transactions alongside calls, users are unlimited on every plan, and email, chat and phone support are included across the board. Leads can be marked as quotable or given a sales value and sent back to Google Ads. The pricing model takes some reading: each plan includes a usage credit rather than fixed allowances, so the "included" lead counts on the pricing page are really what the credit would buy. HIPAA starts at the $100 Pro plan, lead scoring and the customer journey view need Elite ($160), and WhatConverts' own pages disagree on white-label availability and refunds. We score it 8.5/10.

    The Background

    What Is WhatConverts?

WhatConverts is lead tracking software from Icon Digital, based in North Carolina. It gives you call tracking numbers with dynamic number insertion and also captures web forms, chats, emails, appointments and e-commerce transactions as leads, each tied to its marketing source, campaign and keyword. Leads can be qualified, marked as quotable and given quote and sales values, then sent to Google Ads, GA4, Meta, CRMs and reporting tools. It's sold as four single-business plans and three agency plans with unlimited client accounts. Every plan is billed monthly and includes a usage credit that covers numbers, minutes, texts and tracked leads.

    The Product

WhatConverts Features: What You Actually Get

    Call tracking and DNI

Every plan includes local and toll-free tracking numbers, dynamic number insertion with number pools, number porting, call recording and call greetings or whispers. Transcription is billed at 2 cents a minute. Call flows with IVR, voicemail, scheduling, geo-routing and simultaneous dial start on Pro.

A law firm swaps a tracking number on each landing page and sees which practice-area campaign produced each intake call.

    Form, chat and transaction tracking

From Plus, WhatConverts captures existing forms (including multi-step and third-party forms), full chat transcripts from third-party chat tools, and Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce transactions. Each costs 10 cents on single-business plans, drawn from the usage credit first.

A furniture store sees calls, quote forms and online orders in one list and compares revenue by Google Ads campaign.

    Lead qualification and values

Every plan has one-click qualification, a quotable status and quote and sales value fields. Values can come back from HubSpot or Salesforce, and Google Ads can receive leads only once they're marked quotable or given a sales value.

An agency marks qualified calls for a roofing client so Google Ads optimizes for real jobs instead of every call.

    Reports and Lead Intelligence

Pre-built and real-time reports are on every plan; the custom report builder, scheduled reports and email summaries start on Pro. Lead Intelligence, with rules-based lead scoring and Ask AI rules, and the customer journey and multi-click attribution views are Elite only.

A marketing manager on Elite scores leads by service and location and sends a weekly report to the sales team.

    AI lead analysis

AI Lead Analysis writes summaries and detects intent, topics, keywords and sentiment. It's billed by usage, which WhatConverts estimates at about 5 to 6 cents for a three-minute call.

An agency reviews AI summaries of a client's calls to spot which services callers ask about most.

    Agency plans and white label

Agency plans include unlimited client accounts on one tier, a dedicated account manager and lower usage rates. White label (logo, custom domain, login page and branded reports) costs $50 a month; the pricing page offers it on every plan, while one help article says agency plans only.

An agency with 30 clients runs everything under Agency Plus with its own logo on the login page and reports.

    HIPAA and security

HIPAA compliance, with a signed BAA, is included on Pro, Elite and the matching agency plans. WhatConverts says it is hosted on AWS with an annual SOC 2 Type II audit. SSO and security controls such as IP whitelisting are Elite only.

A dental marketing agency tracks patient calls on Agency Pro with PHI stripped from email notifications.

    WhatConverts Pricing: Every Plan Explained

WhatConverts shows monthly prices only; its terms mention annual subscriptions, but no annual price is published. Each plan includes a usage credit that resets monthly and doesn't roll over. Usage beyond it comes from a prepaid balance. The trial is 14 days. Prices in USD, checked on October 10, 2026.

The pricing page's "included" lead counts (up to 300 forms, chats and transactions on single plans) match what the $30 credit buys at 10 cents a lead, so the credit covers calls or forms up to those figures, not both at once. On single-business plans, extra local numbers are $2.50 each, local minutes 4.5 cents, toll-free numbers $3.50 and toll-free minutes 6.5 cents, transcription 2 cents a minute and inbound texts 3 cents; agency rates are lower ($1.75 per local number, 4 cents a minute). Minutes round up per call, and busy or unanswered calls to a tracking number still count. HIPAA is included at no extra charge, but only from Pro at $100. WhatConverts' terms say in one section that fees won't be refunded and in the next that service fees may be refundable within the first 30 days; usage fees are never refundable.

    Pricing scenarios

    What WhatConverts costs: three calculations

These are our calculations from WhatConverts' published prices on October 10, 2026, not quotes. Taxes and carrier surcharges are not included.

    Calculation 1, a local service business on Plus. $60 a month includes $30 of usage. Three local numbers (3 × $2.50 = $7.50), 300 call minutes (300 × 4.5¢ = $13.50) and 100 form leads (100 × 10¢ = $10) use $31 of usage, so the bill is about $61 that month.

Calculation 2, a clinic that needs HIPAA. Pro at $100 a month is the cheapest plan with HIPAA. Add 600 transcribed call minutes (600 × 4.5¢ + 600 × 2¢ = $39) and the usage beyond the $30 credit is $9, for about $109 a month before number fees.

Calculation 3, an agency with 20 clients. Agency Plus at $500 a month includes $250 of usage. If each client uses two numbers and 200 minutes, that's 40 × $1.75 + 4,000 × 4¢ = $230 of usage, inside the credit. Adding white label makes it $550 a month.

    The Tradeoffs

    WhatConverts Pros and Cons

    What we love

    • Tracks calls, forms, chats and transactions in one lead list from the $60 Plus plan
    • Unlimited users and account profiles on every plan
    • Email, chat and phone support on every plan
    • Quote and sales values can feed Google Ads optimization
    • HIPAA with a BAA included from Pro, at no extra charge
    • Agency plans cover unlimited client accounts

    What could be better

    • Only monthly prices are published
    • Usage-credit billing makes the "included" lead counts easy to misread
    • Lead scoring, customer journey and SSO are Elite only ($160/mo)
    • Inbound SMS only on the pricing page
    • The trial asks for a card, according to the signup guide
    • Its own pages conflict on white-label availability and refunds

    The Audience

    Who Should Use WhatConverts?

Best for: agencies reporting leads to clients

Unlimited client accounts, lead values and a long list of reporting integrations, including AgencyAnalytics and Looker Studio, fit client reporting.

Best for: businesses with leads beyond the phone

Forms, chats and online orders are tracked with the same source data as calls from the Plus plan.

Skip if: you only need basic call attribution

If calls are your only lead source, compare WhatConverts' $30 plan with CallRail's Lead Tracking plan on included numbers and minutes.

    The Methodology

    How We Reviewed WhatConverts

This is an editorial review, not a documented hands-on test. We didn't use a WhatConverts account. It's based on WhatConverts' pricing page, feature pages, integrations directory, security page, terms of use and about 20 help center articles, all checked on October 10, 2026. The cost scenarios are our calculations from published usage rates. Where WhatConverts' pages conflict, as on white label, refunds, the trial card requirement and integration counts, we report both statements instead of picking one.

Our editorial evaluation considers product information, official documentation, pricing, features and professional experience. It is not a claim of documented hands-on testing.

    Common Questions

    WhatConverts FAQ

    The Final Word

    Should You Use WhatConverts?

    8.5/10 Score

WhatConverts is a strong choice when leads come from more than the phone and you need them in one list with source and value. Plus at $60 a month adds forms, chats and transactions to call tracking, users are unlimited, and phone support is included on every plan. Agencies get unlimited client accounts from $500 a month. Read the usage-credit model carefully, plan on Pro for HIPAA and Elite for lead scoring, and confirm white label and refund terms in writing, since WhatConverts' own pages disagree. We score WhatConverts 8.5/10.
