Best AI Tools for Business
AI tools for work, grouped by business job, with the plan facts a company has to check: who trains on your data, which plan has SSO, and what the free plan really includes.
See each review for its verification date
What are the best AI tools for business?
Start with one assistant on a business plan (ChatGPT Business, Claude Team, Gemini in Google Workspace or Microsoft Copilot), then add tools for the jobs your team repeats: Fathom for meeting notes, HubSpot or Pipedrive for CRM, Apollo for prospecting and Zapier for automation.
This guide is for founders, operators and team leads choosing AI tools a whole company will use. For each business job it names two to four tools and lists the facts that matter once company data is involved: whether the vendor trains AI models on your data by default, which plan adds single sign-on (SSO), and what admin controls exist. The order inside each job follows BestStacked's existing roundup for that job where there is one, otherwise the tools' BestStacked review scores; tools without a review come last and aren't scored. Some links on this page are affiliate links, and affiliate status plays no part in which tools appear or in what order. Every price, plan and policy was checked on the vendor's own pages on October 13, 2026, or comes from a BestStacked review checked in the five days before. Security and training statements are the vendors' own; confirm them in your contract. This is research, not hands-on testing.

Buying guide
How to Choose the Right Tool
Move company work onto business plans. The main difference from personal plans is data handling: most business plans exclude your data from model training by default and let an admin control access.
Check where SSO starts before you shortlist. It's included at $20 to $69 a month at some vendors and only on enterprise contracts with seat minimums at others.
Look for training defaults, not just policies. Several vendors train on de-identified customer data unless you opt out; put the opt-out on your onboarding checklist.
Price usage, not just seats. Support agents, prospecting databases and automation tools charge per resolution, credit or task, and those costs grow faster than headcount.
Pilot with one team for a month before buying company-wide, and drop any tool nobody opens weekly.
